Cookie Policy
1. Essential / necessary
- SELSESSID — PHP session cookie used for CSRF protection of the contact form on builds where the form is active. HttpOnly; SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS. Lifetime: session.
- SELADMIN — session cookie for the protected lead administration area only (path
/admin/). HttpOnly; SameSite=Strict; Secure on HTTPS. Lifetime: session / idle timeout.
2. Preference storage
Cookie preference choices may be stored in browser localStorage under key sel_consent_v1. Short-lived attribution parameters for completing an enquiry may be stored in sessionStorage under key sel_attr. These are not third-party advertising cookies.
3. Analytics / marketing (planned, currently off)
Production measurement via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 is prepared with Consent Mode v2 defaults set to denied. Production tags are not loaded while analytics remain disabled in configuration. If enabled later after consent, optional analytics/marketing storage may be granted only after Accept or a saved Customize choice.
Consent Mode signals prepared: analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization.
Personal identifiers from the contact form (name, email, phone) are not sent to GA4 by the site implementation.
4. How to change your choice
Use Reject optional, Accept optional, or Customize in the cookie banner. You can reopen settings anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
5. Preview vs production
On the public client preview and staging environments, optional analytics tags remain inactive even if a visitor accepts optional cookies. Production activation requires configured GTM/GA4 identifiers and operator approval.
